This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for www.mscribed.org. It includes how MSCRIBED LLC Limited Liability Company and/or its affiliates/ channel sales partners (collectively “MSCRIBED LLC”, “Mscribed.org”, “MSCRIBED”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) collect, use, store, and share the personal data we collect and/or process.

When we MScribed services to we are subject to a federal medical privacy law called HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). Users of our services must agree to additional terms in order to use our services in compliance with HIPAA. We are classified as a Business Associate under HIPAA, and that law’s protections apply to all patient information we access.

We may transfer your personal information to our offices or service providers in various countries, including to jurisdictions not deemed “adequate” by European Union governmental bodies. Please do not provide us any information that you do not wish to be transferred internationally.
Children’s Privacy

We may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we change the policy in a material manner, we will use our best efforts to provide additional notice before the changes take effect. We will alert users via email notification, or a banner on our website with a button that captures consent or provides a prominent statement that the changes are in effect.
